  I was dealing with some frustrating back and shoulder pain from playing pickleball—after about an hour on the court, my back would start aching and my shoulder felt fatigued and sore. A friend recommended Dr. Ryan, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received! Dr. Ryan took the time to really listen to my concerns and understand my goals—not just to feel better, but to move better and play longer without pain. He adjusted me, worked on some tight muscles, and gave me a set of targeted stretches and exercises to strengthen my back and shoulder. Within just a few weeks, I went from barely lasting an hour to playing full 3-hour sessions with no pain and only mild soreness afterward. Total game-changer. From my very first visit, they took time to explain my condition, show me exactly which spinal segments were involved, and designed a personalized treatment plan that included gentle adjustments, therapy for my L5/S1 nerve root compression, and posture advice. Within just a few visits, my leg pain and numbness began to disappear, and I could walk without discomfort again. The office is modern, welcoming, and always runs on time.   My experience here has been amazing. They really are the best of the best in ocean county and Brick! Everyone is so friendly and professional. I came in with low back pain and sciatica. They took digital X-rays and showed me exactly what was causing my problem. I was recommended decompression therapy along with adjustments and after two weeks the pain and numbness back and leg was gone. I had been dealing with this for almost a year. I wish I didn’t wait so long. I highly recommend this practice, you won't be disappointed!

  Why go anywhere else in Brick? Dr Noonan is an expert in his field and the staff is always warm, inviting and helpful. They truly care about your health and getting you better. I originally came in with neck pain and numbness in my hand, just to find out my neck was curved the wrong way. After a thorough explanation of what was happening with my body, I now understand the importance of chiropractic. I felt immediate relief after the first adjustment and they take my insurance which is also great. I now come in regularly for maintenance and I’ve been pain free for years!

Dr. Damon Noonan D.C.

Owner & Head Chiropractor

Dr Damon Noonan, D.C. is a 2003 graduate of Brick Memorial high school, where he was the starting goalie for the hockey team all four years as well as playing for the Brick Hockey club. He attended West Virginia University for undergrad and Palmer College of Chiropractic for his doctorate degree.

While at Palmer he was a member of the Palmer Sports council. He currently holds a license as a chiropractic physician in the state of New Jersey as well as a license for electrodiagnostic tests and special examinations.

Dr. Damon P. Noonan, D.C. and his wife Danielle who is a high school French teacher, recently welcomed a new baby girl into their family! The Noonan family enjoys the New Jersey shore beaches, surfing, paddle boarding, traveling, exploring, trying new things, and walking their Australian cattle dog named Scarlett at the dog parks on the beach.
