If I could give 10 stars to this amazing world changing chiropractic center, I would in a heartbeat. From Lily, who is the first face you see at the front desk, to Rebecca and Grace the techs, to Drs Jen and Noonan, to the PT Charlie, everyone is warm, friendly, and very invested in seeing you get better. But the best part is, I actually DO feel better. Three weeks ago I could barely walk having thrown out my back. Now I am walking without pain or tightness. And Charlie is giving my blown out arm new life too. If you have a physical problem, chances are Back and Neck Center can help. At the very least, check them out. I started coming to the Back and Neck Center about 3 weeks ago for my lower back and sciatic pain. After one treatment, I was feeling better. Fast forward to now, I am out of pain, I can stand and walk for longer periods of time without pain and my posture has improved significantly. Today I have experienced my first chiropractor’s appointment ever in my entire life! I have always put off getting this type of work done because I have always been skeptical and wanted to find the right doctor. The amazing Melissa Duoma had come in to my place of work with flyers for a collaborative event with my place of work. I immediately felt comfortable in her presence and knew this was the place for me. She helped me book my appointment and everything was smooth sailing from there. The receptionist, Lily is very, warm welcoming and friendly. The assistant, (idr her name b it she had dark hair and blue eyes) was very thorough with going over my paperwork with me and thoroughly obtained  a history for the doctors exam. Dr. Jen is absolutely amazing! She is very informative and professional and definitely has a passion for helping people. She is very kind and friendly! She adjusted my neck and my back and I have never felt so good in so long! Rebecca performed a therapeutic massage and she was very friendly and professional as well. Kaitlyn with the financial department was very helpful with getting my future appointments set up as well as helping me configure a treatment plan with dr Jen. I am super grateful to have met everybody at the practice and I cannot wait for my future appointments. I couldn’t ask for better company while engaging in my chiropractic journey!!
